“The HVAC program is very, very good. I came in with some prior knowledge, but the hands-on training here has taken it to another level. For me, learning by doing is much more effective than just reading about it. One of the biggest advantages of this program is the flexibility. My shift schedule made it impossible to attend other schools. The Training Center’s structure makes it much easier to balance work and learning. I also really appreciate the mix of in-person and Zoom classes. The ability to go back and review the Zoom lessons in the portal has been really helpful.

What sets this program apart is the level of support from the instructors. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you really understand. There’s no judgment, just a strong focus on learning and improving. The training is excellent. Before, I didn’t really understand electrical concepts, but now I feel confident in my ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment. I’ve already applied what I’ve learned at work, especially with HVAC and boiler systems.”
