The Training Center was founded in 1982 by John Moscatiello as an education solution for boiler operators. John was passionate about helping people build careers by making quality hands-on training more accessible. Drawing on his experience, he built a school centered on real-world learning and career development. What began as one man’s vision has grown into a family-run trade school. Honoring the legacy of the late John and his son Patrick, whose dedication to teaching helped shape our culture, the school remains true to the values it was built on: helping people build successful careers.
